Lincoln Educational Services Announces Change to Board of Directors

WEST ORANGE, N.J., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lincoln Educational Services Corporation (Nasdaq: LINC) announced today that the company's Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of John J. Petillo, PhD, a Board member since December 3, 2003, effective as of today. Dr. Petillo, who was also a member of the Audit Committee, resigned to fulfill other business obligations. The company has begun a search for a replacement.

Mr. Petillo commented: "I regret that I had to step down from the Lincoln Board due to the constraints of my current business schedule. I have enjoyed my time on the Board and believe the company is well-positioned as one of the nation's leading providers of for-profit, post-secondary education."
